DESIGN & BUILD PROJECT MANAGEMENT​

Pre-Construction Management

Lead partner selection efforts, interview preparation, proposals and bid generations.

Drive integrated design-build efforts by collaborating closely with clients, design partners, and consultants during conceptual design, schematic development, and preconstruction.

Implement early procurement strategies and fast-track scheduling to meet design-build delivery objectives.

Manage design review meetings, track design progress, enforce add service addendums when original scope is exceeded, and ensure timely delivery of permit and construction documents.

Lead project execution activities, including construction schedule development, subcontractor buyout, submittal administration, timely procurement, and consistent participation in Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.​​​​

Construction Management ​

Serve as the single point of accountability for integrating architectural, engineering, and construction deliverables to ensure design and construction alignment.

Budget and schedule tracking, monitoring change order submissions, financial report analysis, troubleshooting budget excess by phase and/or discipline.

Preparation and processing of client billing, ensuring collection and accuracy of all supporting subcontractor and reimbursable expense documentation, adherence to contract terms and scope.​​​​

​​

Ensure project completion, including all punch list items, on or before the contract completion date, in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
