Collection of raw financial data and documentation for initial budget development and software entry.
Tracking financial progress from project initiation through closeout by tracking budgets, financial projections through analysis of financial reports. This includes advising project managers of budgets exceeded by project, phases, and/or discipline.
Ensuring all required contract documentation is executed for clients and subconsultants and is entered into accounting database properly.
Preparation and processing of client billing/pay applications from draft to final copy, ensuring collection and accuracy of all supporting subcontractor and reimbursable expense documentation, adherence to contract terms and scope.
Monitoring subconsultant budgets, tracking percentage of work completed and submit consultant invoices for processing.
Identifying need for and enforcement of additional service addendums to subconsultant contracts when original scope of services is exceeded.
Coordination with project managers to identify differences in budget-to-actuals and revenue projections as related to project schedule revisions and processing of change orders
Collections administration for past due accounts.
Maintenance and updating of internal company reporting.
